Licence Issues / Errors

  1. No updates are appearing for the plugin
    1. Ensure you have entered a licence key
    2. Ensure your licence key is valid and hasn’t expired on your dashboard
    3. Check if there are any recent updates from the change log
  2. Licence Key active but registered to a different WordPress installation
    CAUSE = Appears when a licence key is used on more than one environment
    1. Remove the licence key and purchase an extra licence for this site
    2. Request a domain change to support team to move your licence from one site to another site
  3. No licence key exists
    CAUSE = Appears when a licence key is invalid
    1. Check you are using the right licence key for the plugin
    2. Contact support if your key isn’t registering
