• Total Orders

  Shows the total quantity of orders from this customer.
  Excludes any BINNED orders.

• Processing

  Shows the total quantity of orders in a PROCESSING status.
  Excludes any BINNED orders.
  Useful to see orders that haven’t been dispatched yet.

• Completed

  Shows the total quantity of orders in a COMPLETED status.
  Excludes any BINNED orders.
  Useful to see orders that haven’t been dispatched yet.

• Last Order Days

  Shows how many days ago the customer last ordered.
  Useful to see how frequently they have ordered.

• Icon

  Adds a button and a hyperlink to see all the orders for that specific customer.

• Refunded

  Shows the total quantity of orders in a REFUNDED status.
  Excludes any BINNED orders.
  Useful to see how often a customer has been refunded.

• Cancelled

  Shows the total quantity of orders in a CANCELLED status.
  Excludes any BINNED orders.
  Useful to see how often a customers order was cancelled.

• Total Completed Order Value

  Shows the total value (in currency) of all the customers orders that are in the COMPLETED status.
  Excludes any BINNED orders.
  Useful to see the lifetime value of the customer for all successful orders.

• Total Order Value

  Shows the total value (in currency) of all the customers orders that are in ANY status.
  Excludes any BINNED orders.
  Useful to see the value of all customer orders.
  If the order has been refunded, the refunded order will still count towards this value. If you do not want to see these, use (8) TOTAL COMPLETED ORDER VALUE instead.

• Total Active Subscriptions

  Shows the total quantity of active subscriptions for the customer.
  Useful to see if the customer is a regular subscriber.
